SHIPPING RATE

Postages Charges:

 

We offer FREE shipping for orders totaling MYRXX.XX and above using Ninja Van & Poslaju services. The standard shipping rates are MYR10.00 for Peninsular Malaysia and MYR15.00 for East Malaysia.  

 

Domestic Delivery:

Typically, it's delivered within 1 - 3 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and 7 - 10 working days for East Malaysia. Please take these timeframes into account as you await the arrival of your package.

SELF - PICKUP

  1. There is no charge if you would like to do a self-pickup.

  2. Before you check out online, just select "Self-pickup" option. Self-Pickup is available from Monday to Friday (9am-5pm), excluding Public Holidays.

  3. You can get your package on the same day if you placed an order before 3pm, from Monday to Friday. For orders made on public holidays, your package will be available for self-pickup on the next working day.

  4. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. (Please make sure you register the correct email address) 

  5. You also may pickup your order using Lalamove/Grab rider (self-arrange by customer). Please make sure you notify our staff in advance
